REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

2. Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

All digital products — including illustrations, downloads, guides, intuitive tools, templates, PDF files, or any instantly delivered content — are final sale.

Because the content cannot be “returned,” refunds cannot be issued after the file has been delivered or accessed.

3. Online Courses (Non-Refundable Unless Stated Otherwise)

Online courses provide immediate or progressive access to protected content.

Therefore:

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the chosen billing cycle (monthly or yearly).

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us.
The cancellation will take effect at the
end of the current billing cycle.

There are no refunds for:

partially used periods

months already billed

failure to cancel before renewal

5. Physical Products

Returns

If your order includes physical items (prints, books, cards, etc.):

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

custom-made artwork

personalized illustrations

opened or used items

items damaged due to client handling

Refunds for physical products

Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or in error.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a physical product arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide photos of the damage

State your order number

We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.


7. Tattoo Services (Not Purchased on This Website)

Tattoo deposits or bookings are handled separately and follow the terms communicated during the booking process.
This refund policy
does not apply to tattoo services.


8. Failed Payments & Non-Access

We are not responsible for:

customer spam filters

user errors preventing course access

expired payment methods on recurring subscriptions
